Group Sales

Fifteen people or more constitute a group eligible for a discount.  Smaller groups can be accommodated, but for full price tickets.

Reserve your tickets ASAP.  We suggest five to six weeks in advance for collecting $$$ and to secure a successful event.

To reserve group tickets, select a date, time and the number of tickets needed.  Select your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice dates.  If one date is sold out, we will schedule you for the next date.

After you select your date(s), contact us and you will receive a Group Sales Contract.  Sign and return the contract with ½ deposit.  Full final payments are due 30 days prior to your group’s performance date.  On the 29th day prior to your performance you will be mailed your group’s tickets, but only those already paid for. All groups are individually processed.

There are no refunds.  All sales are final.

Groups should arrive 30 minutes prior to performance time. 

Crossroads is accessible and equipped for disabled patrons.

Restaurants are walking distance to the theatre.

Parking for buses and vans is available in the area.
